Thistle Golf (Scotland) Limited are members of Scottish Incoming Golf Tour Operators’ Association (SIGTOA).

To ensure compliance with The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992, payments made to us by our clients will be transferred immediately to a Thistle Golf Trust Account.

This account is managed and controlled by independent Trustees at MacRoberts, Solicitors, a law firm with offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Your payment will be held by the Trustees on your behalf, and will only be paid over to Thistle Golf when the Trustees are permitted to do so in terms of the Regulations, for example, when your tour has been completed.

Travel or trip insurance is not included in the cost of your package, and we recommend that all members of your group should be covered against any loss arising due to cancellation, illness, theft or other cause, by an arrangement through either your local insurance agent or perhaps www.travelguard.com.
